Rachana is the daughter of Smt. Mannu Bhandari and Shri Rajendra Yadav, two of the most eminent names in the world of Hindi Literature. From them, she imbibed a keen interest in art and culture.

As a trained Kathak performer, she has presented her solo and group choreographic works in many of the major dance festivals in India as well as on many global platforms. To promote culture, ‘The Rachana Yadav Kathak Studio’, was set up to train students and conducts workshops and lecture demonstrations.

As the Publisher & Managing Director of HANS – the largest Hindi literary magazine in India, Rachana ensures that the contribution of Hans continues to be valuable and more in the field of Hindi literature.

Rachana strongly believes that art and culture is global and that the true benefit needs to be seen and appreciated around the world. She has a keen interest in promoting Indian art and culture in North America.

Last 15 years, he shared his vast experience as lecturer faculty in EDI Kolkata with youth, who dreams to be entrepreneurs in the future. Soumen has over 35 years of experience in Indian tourism and previously worked with IATA accredited agency like Gianeny travels, Oriental travels, Orient express (Delhi), in capacity of operational head and as CEO in SAFAR International.

Another key part of his multi faceted profile is parental knowledge in organic farming, which he finely blended with tourism and extended consultancy to set up units on Agrotourism, Organic tourism and Sustainable tourism through owned research house “Tourism Trees.”

As a Founder member & Secretary of the Association of Tourism Service Providers of Bengal and as trustee member of Self-Empowerment Charitable Trust, Soumen has organized several workshops on community tourism towards escalation of rural livelihoods and women empowerment.

Tilak is a co-founder & promoter of Sigma Research (in 2008) and Chairman. He is also the co-founder & promoter of GfK ME, Dubai and Saudi Arabia (in 2008), and was its Chairman.
